Shipment of orders

The consignee must be PRESENT AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS. The carrier will not call the addressee for security reasons. In case of absence during delivery, it will be returned to the origin.
Normally deliveries are made by MRW or SEUR, although OAK FAL-CO GROUP reserves the right to vary the company by which the delivery is made as long as it does not represent a clear prejudice to the customer. We ship worldwide.

  • ✔️How much money will the transport cost and will I have to pay anything on delivery?


    Shipping is free of charge for orders over €100. Otherwise, the shipping costs are 5,99 € for shipments within 24/48 hours. For special deliveries ‘Saturday delivery / 24 hours’, the additional shipping costs are 3,65 €.

  • ✔️How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    Generally deliveries are made within a maximum of 24-48 hours from order confirmation for orders placed before 17:00 hours and depending on the place of delivery. However, in the event of circumstances beyond our control, OAK FAL-CO GROUP cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the transport company.

  • ✔️Where will my order be delivered?

    Delivery shall be made door-to-door to the delivery address indicated by the Customer and to the person designated as the recipient.

  • ✔️What happens if no one is there when you come to deliver my order?


    Don't worry, the transport company will leave you a notification so that you can coordinate the delivery with them. Orders that cannot be delivered within seven days for reasons not attributable to OAK FAL-CO GROUP will be returned to the seller. In this case, the management and transport costs will be 15% of the order.

  • ✔️Can we cancel an order that has not yet been shipped?

    Yes, you can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped. To do so, you must send us an email to moc.kooltuo%40puorgoclafkao indicating the order number you wish to cancel.

  • ✔️Can we cancel an order already sent by the shop?

    No, once the order has left our warehouse and is with the transport company, it will not be possible for us to cancel the order.
